Founders

FAIR-M&A was founded in 2007 by Jacques Lehré and Patrick Vallée (see detailed profiles). Jacques has both Corporate M&A and M&A Advisory experiences. He strongly believes standards and IT can bring enormous improvements to the M&A process. Patrick has an extended experience in communication, IT and web technologies. He is convinced that web based platforms can be further optimized to deliver more efficient and more user-friendly support. They are both passionate about the FAIR-M&A initiative.

Advisory Board

FAIR-M&A has established an Advisory Board made of 25 M&A professionals, among them Corporate M&A persons, investment bankers, M&A lawyers, PMI and Strategy experts, auditors, etc… They represent the different players in the M&A industry, their day-to-day difficulties and their aspirations to change. The main role of the Advisory Board is to challenge the standardization process, the new methodologies and the IT developments, and make sure they fully address the current needs of M&A professionals.
